For June 1 - October 31 and holiday periods, the entire stay is
charged to your credit card at the time the reservation is made.

For November 1 - May 31, we charge 1 night to your card.

CANCELLATIONS
For June - October including holiday period reservations, you will
be refunded your deposit if cancelled at least 60 days prior to your arrival.

If you cancel less than 60 days prior to your arrival, we will refund your money  less a $100.00 cancellation fee plus one night for every night that the cabin can not be re-rented.

For November - May reservations excluding holiday periods, you will
receive a refund if cancelled at least 72 hours prior to your arrival.

To ensure your enjoyment and the peaceful environment of the property for all our guests respect for your neighbors is important. Loud behavior that disturbs other guests will not be tolerated.

• Each individually owned cabin is non-smoking.
• Pets are not allowed even if left in the vehicle.
• A maximum occupancy has been established for reasons of health, safety liability, general wear & tear and noise level.
• We do not allow visitors on property or in the cabins.
• We are unable to accommodate any kind of group function.
• Please make any changes for the number of people in your party before your arrival. We may not be able to accommodate extra people upon check-in, this includes children.
